Lacked Expected Service
slow staff taxi station
The grounds were beautiful. Everything looked nice.
The staff seemed slow. I asked repeatedly for a buggy, yet it took over an hour. The language barrier made it hard to explain things. Upon arrival at the pier the boat left us behind with our luggage, it was delivered to a random taxi station. The food was not good either.

Really good Hotel Experience
shuttle service attentive service dining options free bikes
The hotel provides convenient 24-hour water shuttle service to the mainland. I especially appreciated the attentive service from the front desk staff. I enjoyed the various dining options available on-site. The hotel also offers free bikes for exploring the immediate surroundings.
The boat schedule requires some planning, since boats only run every hour.

leaky faucet old treadmill
the staff were generally helpful, i will say.
The gym was a joke. It had one treadmill that looked older than me. And the free water taxi was never on time. We waited almost an hour once. also, our room, an outdoor jacuzzi suite, had a leaky faucet that dripped all night. It drove me nuts.

The service was not consistently attentive. i had to request a buggy multiple times. It often failed to arrive and i walked instead, only to find available staff at the reception. the dessert order was incorrect. they brought a different item and said mine was unavailable, odd.
